Shipping
Frozen and refrigerated products
are shipped to customers Monday through Thursday via overnight air delivery
service, with shipping charges added to the invoice.
Products that require freezer bricks will incur additional shipping charges.
Products not requiring special temperature conditions will be shipped
via U.S. mail or second day air delivery service, with nominal shipping
charges added to the invoice.
Warranty
Cylex warrants that all products will perform according to established
product specifications and will conform to the quantity and contents
stated on the label for the duration of the stated shelf life when used
according to the package insert.
This warranty does not apply if any alterations are made to the kit contents
or reagents outside Cylex, or if product is used outside of the specific
procedures in the package insert. Cylex is not liable for any product
after the stated expiration date, nor for any product misused or unusable
due to improper storage or handling.
Cylex makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, beyond the established
product specifications. Cylex reserves the right to change its products,
prices and services at any time.
